Marzhan Kanatovna is the Executive Director of INEX EXPO GROUP and a marketing and exhibition industry professional with many years of experience in organizing international business events.
She was born on October 5, 1990, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She graduated from Secondary School No. 72 in the Auezov District of Almaty. She received her professional education in marketing, graduating from the College of the Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages with a degree in Marketing. She later earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Narxoz University and subsequently completed a master's degree in the same field, specializing in strategic marketing and management.
Marzhan began her career in the exhibition industry at the age of 16. Throughout her professional journey, she progressed through every stage of the business—from assistant and secretary to office manager, sales manager, marketing specialist, and project manager. This hands-on experience gave her a comprehensive understanding of the exhibition industry and enabled her to build effective management processes within the company.
As Executive Director, Marzhan Kanatovna is responsible for the company's strategic development, the organization of international exhibitions, attracting exhibitors and partners from around the world, strengthening business relationships, and implementing modern marketing strategies. Under her leadership, INEX EXPO GROUP delivers large-scale exhibition projects that bring together manufacturers, suppliers, investors, and industry professionals, fostering international cooperation and business development across Central Asia.
